This might be a strange month since there are a few books I’ve been eyeing to read, but are huuuuge. August, at least as of this moment is focused on reading two books that I’ve been waiting on for a while. One is average sized and one is the current behemoth that’s been bouncing around Instagram. Figured out the second one? Well, here is the list of books;
-Dark Age by Pierce Brown
-The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon
At a whopping 848 pages, it isn’t necessarily the largest book I’ll have read this year (Queen of Air and Darkness was at 900), but it is definitely the longest first book Ive read so I’m both excited and nervous at that. I’m hoping to read more than two books of course (Vow of thieves also comes out this month!), but for now I’m leaving at two and hoping my mood reading doesn’t try to upset this plan.
